The Veronika festival is the biggest event for children in the Municipality of Kamnik. The festival in Keršmannec Park, which takes place away from the city bustle and is set in a welcoming atmosphere in the vicinity of the Kamniška Bistrica River, offers fun and interesting, as well as educational activities for children. A programme is organized in the park for the multitude of young enthusiasts, composed of different artistic workshops, theatre, music and puppetry shows, as well as reading and playing corners. There are also plush mascots to visit the children and entertain them with their pranks and different dances.
